The 800kcal main meal Serves 1 big eater or 2 as a side.
Regardless of the meal type, about 300ml of hot water is generally enough, it's easier to add more water than straining away the deliciousness.
We find it a handy meal in a flask too, as it can be preparing itself while you enjoy the outdoors and it's ready then when you are!
There are three varieties to choose from.
Important Notice: These meals contain nuts.
Decant into a container and add 200ml boiling water (approx same volume as the bag). Stir well to break up the herbs and spices. Cover for 7 minutes. Eat and enjoy!
Can also be made with cold water - stand for 30 minutes.
Delicious with grilled veg and merguez sausages, or with a hot lamb stew.
