There are so many types of Torque pants by Rab, these are the lightweight, super-flexible, extremely comfortable pants loved by our staff. Though Rab say they are designed for warmer climates, we wear ours all year when hiking in Ireland. In the winter, if it's particularly windy, we add our shell. Perfect for not overheating.
Built for active mountain use in warm climates, the flexible, athletic-fit men’s Alpine Torque Pant is an uncompromising technical climbing garment that provides the freedom you need to perform at your best.
Constructed from lightweight Matrix™ double-weave fabric with four-way stretch for the ultimate freedom of movement, the men’s Alpine Torque Pants also feature contrasting knee reinforcement panels that extend to the ankle for outstanding abrasion resistance. The slim-fit design uses a leg zip with internal gusset for extra space and ventilation, as well as lower hem loops for attaching to your boots. Three zipped pockets provide valuable storage space, while a part-elasticated waistband with belt loops provides a comfortable and secure fit.
Light, comfortable and highly durable, the men’s Alpine Torque Pants are a technical climbing pant that are also versatile enough for hillwalking and scrambling.
We can vouch for durability, having put his first pair to the test for well over a year, Ronan grabbed another pair this season - they are fantastic pants! Their durability makes up for their lack of recycled fabrics. Only 2% of this garment contains recycled materials (zips 31% and trims 8%).
